Jess encourages live audio recording and trading of his performances. She appreciates any help that live recordings can give to further her career. Spreading the music is an interactive process and should be kept this way. Any way of distributing copies without fan interaction could jeopardize live taping privileges.

While taping, do not obstruct the view of any concert-goers, otherwise you will be asked to lower your mic stand. Soundboard feeds are not guaranteed, but may be given if allowed by the venue. No power supplies or equipment will be provided.
Lastly, DO NOT SELL LIVE RECORDINGS! This will result in a loss of taping priveleges for the entire Jess Haney fan-base. If you see or hear of anyone selling recordings, please contact Jess through her website. Enjoy the music and spread it to the world.
